Donut Kentang

Dah lama nak try buat donut kentang... just to utilize all the potatoes that I have in my kitchen.. hehe. I  like to try recipes with potatoes. [^_^]

So, one fine day, thanks to Mr. Google I find this recipe...tadaaaaa!



So fluffy and lembut

With some icing sugar....

This is how you make them...

Ingredients:
  • Plain flour -250gm
  • Potato - 1
  • sugar - 2 tablespoon
  • salt - 1 teaspoon
  • yeast - 1 teaspoon
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • egg - 1
  • fresh milk
  • butter -50gm (melted)
Method:
  1. Add the egg and fresh milk together so the mixture would be 190ml
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
  3. Then add the melted butter.
  4. Next pour in the egg+milk mixture.
  5. After that knead the dough until it doesn't stick to your hand (about 10mins)
  6. Let it set and double in size ~ 45mins.
  7. Then divided into 8 pieces and make the doughnut shape.
  8. Deep fry ~ 2 mins on each side. Medium heat fire.
