Paprik Udang..

Gosh..lama dah tak post about food..
This dish is not something that I made recently, but quite a while ago....
Saja la nak share with kawan2... hehehe.
Anyway, here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
  • Udang of course- you can use whatever lauk you like (chicken, squid, etc)
  • Chili kering - blended
  • Sos Ikan
  • Sos Tiram
  • Lime juice
  • Kaffir Lime leaf
  • Bawang Besar
  • Bawang putih
  • Cili Padi
  • Salt Sugar

Method:
  1. Tumis bawang besar & garlic until naik bau.
  2. Masukkan cili blended
  3. Masak sehingga pecah minyak.
  4. Then sos tiram, sos ikan, daun limau purut, juice limau and a dash of gula.
  5. Gaul sebati, then rasa sos...blancekan antara masam, masin dan manis.
  6. When dah cukup rasa masukkan udang..
  7. Siap dihidang..
ps: Kalau guna ayam/daging, masukkan ayam/daging selepas cili pecah minyak.

Seriously, you dont need to buyoutside for the dish.. now you can make it yourself at the comfort of your home. [^_^]
