Cucur Bawang

Cucur bawang is one of the all time favourite savoury dish. Simple yet delicious.
Suitable for breakfast as well as during evening tea.

What makes this cucur bawang @ onion dumpling is it uses bawang goreng as well as plain old bawang. That what makes it more flavourful and diverse. Add a dash of salt and some would like their dish a little spicy, they could put in some chilly powder or red chilly instead or I would always use a pinch of Cayenne pepper.
