My daughter loves to have apom for her evening tea. She will gobble everything up at a blink of an eye. hahaha. That is how much she loves them, and I love making things that she loves to eat...she's a very picky eater.

Just look how beautiful they've become!! hehehe (syok sendiri!)
Anyway, I've made these before using the same recipe:

  • Sugar      - 100gm
  • Egg         - 1
  • Ovallete  - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla    - 1teaspoon
  • Flour      - 100gm
  • Fresh milk - 150gm

  1. Beat sugar and egg until kembang
  2. Add ovallete and beat again
  3. Add vanilla and beat again
  4. Then add flour and milk bergilir-gilir.
  5. Steam in hot boiling water for 12mins.
p/s: to ensure that the apom kembang.. u beat sugar with egg white first until btol2 kembang like meringue then you add the yolk

Signing off,
