Tomato Rice... Perfecto!

Yeayyyy!!! Mnjadi! First try OK. Never cooked nasi tomato ever in my life. Nasi Ayam bole kata quite often. Nasi tomato ..not at all this is the first. Well done! The recipe is from my mother. Very simple. And the most important thing is sedap! yeay! [^_^]

Still dalam periuk nasi... hehe


 
Here is the recipe:
  • Beras - 2 pot
  • Santan - 1/2 pot
  • Air - 2 1/2 pot
  • Garam - 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Halia - 2 cm (hiris halus)
  • Bunga cengkih - 2
  • Bunga lawang - 3
  • Kayu manis - 1
  • Tomato - 4 biji (dibuang kulit & biji)
  • Bawang putih - 2 ulas
  • Bawang merah - 4 biji
Cara2:
  1. Tomato, bawang putih & merah diblend
  2. Tumis bahan blend dengan kayu manis, cengkih, bunga lwang dan halia sampai hampir kering
  3. Masuk air + santan  dan dikacau
  4. Masuk beras + garam + gula + daun pandan
  5. Tutup periuk - masak seperti biasa
  6. Bla hampir masak kacau nasi utk sama rata.
