My daughter loves to have apom for her evening tea. She will gobble everything up at a blink of an eye. hahaha. That is how much she loves them, and I love making things that she loves to eat...she's a very picky eater.

Anyway, I've made these before using the same recipe:
Ingredient:
- Sugar - 100gm
- Egg - 1
- Ovallete - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vanilla - 1teaspoon
- Flour - 100gm
- Fresh milk - 150gm
Method:
- Beat sugar and egg until kembang
- Add ovallete and beat again
- Add vanilla and beat again
- Then add flour and milk bergilir-gilir.
- Steam in hot boiling water for 12mins.
p/s: to ensure that the apom kembang.. u beat sugar with egg white first until btol2 kembang like meringue then you add the yolk
