Pizza el Magharita

I've always wanted to make my own pizza...
After noticing that my DD LOVE eating pizza than nasi.... Her favourite topping is pepperoni. So, finally, putting my hands down...I've decided that I should try making one.
With a limited item....here it is!
Just plain old tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, nothing else!
My DD still loving it!.

The dough is the same dough I used to make sweet buns.

And as for the sauce I just use PREGO!!! hahahaha. Classic flavour or with mushroom.
Anyway, this is version malas.. Next time I will try making my own pizza sauce. [^_<]

Homemade mini Burger

Wow its been quite a while since I the last time I updated my blog.

Bersarang sudah ...hehehhe

I had actually made a few interesting dishes, but didn't have the chance to post it here. Anyway, this is one of the dishes that I've tried...Homemade Mini Burger...

The burger buns I've made using the same recipe as the sweet buns just opt out the powdered millk and make it plain.

Recipe for the patty:

Ground beef  - a pound
Salt 
pepper 
Worcestershire sauce 
tomato ketchup

p/s: when cooking the patty please DO NOT press down the patty, it will make the patty dry.
